  9.     This form will tell you the required information needed to register
  10.     Terminate in the USA.  We gladly accept online Visa/Mastercard/AMEX
  11.     Credit Cards on our BBS, and will see that your Terminate
  12.     PROFESSIONAL keyfile is mailed to you as quickly as possible.

  18.     Since you have obviously tried Terminate already, we strongly urge
  19.     you to register THIS program .... you will LOVE the Professional
  20.     version .... it's like no other Terminal program you have ever used!

  22.     To continue to use this program beyond the evaluation period of 21
  23.     days, you MUST register Terminate (the "Beg Screens" really get bad
  24.     after 21 days).

  26.     Each individual using Terminate in an organization must register.
  27.  
  28.     Registered users get a personalized keyfile which is placed in the
  29.     same directory as TERMINAT.EXE and will perform a self-test, and
  30.     make Terminate (vX.XX) operate in PROFESSIONAL mode.

  50.     instructions.  When you register with Visa, Mastercard or AMEX, your
  51.     PROFESSIONAL Terminate Keyfile will normally be mailed within one
  52.     (1) working day after receipt of your Credit Card application.
  53.     Optionally, upon request, we can place your Keyfile on "Hold" for
  54.     those who use a frontend mailer program, such as FrontDoor, Binkley,
  55.     or D'Bridge.
